Made By Cow is the first milk brand to use a patented cold high-pressure process instead of traditional heat pasteurisation. This innovative method makes raw milk safe while retaining more natural calcium, proteins, vitamins, and enzymes – resulting in a product that’s both nutritionally rich and exceptionally creamy in taste.
Positioned as a premium milk label, the product needed to justify its higher price point through branding and packaging that reflected its purity, quality and nutritional benefits, whilst standing out in a competitive retail environment.
We developed a clean and flexible label system that could be easily adapted across multiple SKUs like lactose-free and organic variants. The design system extended across all touchpoints, from packaging to POS screens, social media, print, and campaign assets – delivering visual consistency and clarity at every stage of the customer journey.
The brand refresh played a key role in getting Made By Cow into major national retailers including Coles, Woolworths, IGA, and independent stores. In-store animations were used to educate shoppers on the unique benefits of cold-pressed milk, while a broader digital campaign built brand awareness.
