Celebrating outstanding design
The Bayside Built Environment Awards recognise outstanding architecture and design across the municipality, celebrating projects that contribute positively to Bayside’s built environment.
Since the 14th edition of the awards, I’ve worked with Bayside City Council to develop and evolve the event branding across four consecutive editions, including the 17th annual awards in 2026.

An identity that evolves each year.
Rather than reinventing the awards for each edition, the visual identity has been progressively developed over time – retaining recognisable elements while introducing new imagery, compositions and graphic treatments each year to give each edition its own character.
The identity is applied across the full awards program, beginning with the call for nominations and continuing through digital promotion, invitations and event communications to the presentation of the awards themselves.
The system needs to accommodate a broad range of architectural imagery and award categories while remaining clearly identifiable as part of the Bayside Built Environment Awards.
